R-Series has been an absolute asset to the Orpheum’s FOH and BOH requirements. Roger is always available on the phone for any technical questions and goes above and beyond the normal level of customer service. There isn’t a problem that R-Series can’t find a solution for. R-Series offers state of the Art equipment and you can always expect professional service with superior knowledge in technical requirements. I would recommend R-Series to any venue looking for a supplier to upgrade their room to the best it can possibly be. The Orpheum would not be the level it is today without the help and support from R-Series Productions.
